The NWP Action Center is a handy tool for those multifamily owners and operators who are traveling or in the field, and is just one more way that NWP delivers easy, reliable results to your multifamily utility management team.

Login
Login is simple. Credentials are the same as those you’ve already established through NWP’s Smart web portal on your computer. The app will display the same account data that you receive on your computer, on to your smartphone.

Account access
Have you trusted your utility management on multiple properties to NWP? You may view multiple properties and their actionable items based on your already-established access rights. The Action Center also provides an easy click-to-contact feature that routes an email or call to your account representative should you have any questions.

The pre-billing review dashboard provides deep visibility into your property’s utility billing data, and prioritizes issues for review. Pre-authorizing your property’s billing is as easy as a swipe.

Utility alerts let you know quickly when utility use on your property(s) has an obvious and significant change, up or down. NWP utility alert lets you monitor, record and close the alert once it has been resolved. You may also tag the alert with the reason for the variance, other related notes and access details regarding the utility bill(s) that were flagged by NWP for future reference.
